Gyro is run by Louis Collins.

A specialist in Behavioural Learning and Cognitive Processing with a doctorate in Psychology.  He also has over 20 years’ experience of working in global business, and with international clients, including seven years as an in-house leadership development coach.  Louis now operates independently providing leadership, coaching and team facilitation services for a wide variety of clients across many business sectors.

He particularly enjoys working with high-potential developing leaders as they navigate the challenges of transformation, globalisation, and optimisation within their organisations.  His style has been described as both challenging and supportive, and always focused on learning and sustained change.

Louis has a Ph.D. in Psychology and is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach with the International Coach Federation.  He is also an Associate Member of the International Society of Coaching Psychologists and an Affiliate of the Association for Coaching.
